Our Hiring Process

We designed our process to be respectful of your time and genuinely informative for both sides.

    Application Review

    We review every application personally — no automated rejections. If there is a potential fit, we reach out within 5 business days.

  2. 02

    Introductory Call

    A 30-minute conversation with a senior team member. No technical grilling — we want to understand your background, motivations, and what you are looking for.

  3. 03

    Technical Assessment

    A take-home exercise designed to be completed in 2–3 hours. It reflects real work we do — not abstract puzzles. You will be compensated for your time.

  4. 04

    Offer & Onboarding

    If there is a strong mutual fit, we move to an offer quickly. Our onboarding is structured to get you productive and connected within your first two weeks.
